Registration for the Fall 2023 season is now closed. Registration for the Spring 2024 season will open after the fall season concludes. Spring registration has a discounted fee. Your registration includes a full uniform, end-of-season party, and a participation trophy.

There are discounts for registering multiple children.  Discounts will be applied automatically during the registration process if available.


Our league is open to residents of all Oakhurst Community Association neighborhoods, as well as all neighboring communities and subdivisions within the McCarty, Steck, Georgetown, and Fischer School boundaries.  We can also take kids outside of these boundaries in most cases. 

To be eligible for our youngest division (6U) your child must be 4 years old by September 1, 2023. Our oldest division (14U) is for boys and girls in 7th, and 8th grades.

Division Schedules  - Toward the end of the season, games and practices will change to 5:30-6:30 in order to not be playing in the dark.

6U Girls - Monday/Wednesday, 6:00-7:00pm
6U Boys - Tuesday/Thursday, 6:00-7:00pm

8U Girls - Monday/Wednesday, 6:00-7:00pm
8U Boys - Tuesday/Thursday, 6:00-7:00pm

10U Girls - Monday/Wednesday, 6:00-7:00pm
10U Boys - Tuesday/Thursday, 6:00-7:00pm

12U Coed - Monday/Wednesday, 6:00-7:00pm

14U Coed - Tuesday/Thursday, 6:00-7:00pm

How To Register

Registration is done directly on the website by either logging in or creating a new family account via the buttons in the upper right of the website.  After logging in and adding your children to your account, the available Oakhurst AYSO programs should be visible to you during valid open registration periods.

Registration Cost for 2022-2023

  • Regular registration price = $130/player ($85 for spring-only registration)
  • Additional player discount = $15 off per additional player
  • Early bird discount (ends July 15) = $30 off per player

Registration FAQ's

Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. Yes, we offer early bird discounts and multi-child discounts.  These will be specified during registration process when available.

Q. What happens if I get put on a wait list during registration?
A. Each division has a limited number of slots available as we have limited field space to accommodate teams.  If during registration, you are put on a wait list, this means that a division is currently full and you will be contacted if a slot becomes available. 

Q. What payment options do you accept?

A. Payment can be done online with a valid credit card online during the registration process. We no longer accept checks.

Q. What region do I register for?
A. AYSO Region #1204

Q. How do I register a sibling?
A. All players are added to the family account. Once added, you register a sibling the same as you would any other child.

Q. How do I specify uniform sizing?
A. Due to shipping and printing time-frames, team uniforms are ordered before players are assigned to teams. Our coordinator orders shirts, shorts, and socks in a variety of sizes appropriate for each age division. If your child requires a size that is not typical for his or her age, it is important that you contact our registrar ([email protected]) after you register your child.

Q. I’ve registered my child, now what happens?
A. Your child will be assigned to a team and your coach will contact you about two weeks before the season starts.  Registrations received after the deadline may not be assigned to a team until practices begin.  We will do our best to accommodate late registrants.  If you have not heard from your coach, please contact [email protected]

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. Refund requests will be granted according to the following criteria:
            - A person requesting a refund of their registration fees must do so via email prior to the first practice or game.
            - 100% of all registration fees will be refunded for requests received before July 31 for full season (fall & spring) registrations and before March 22 for spring-only registrations.
            - Refund requests received after July 31/March 22 may be reduced by the National AYSO membership fee or other processing fees.
            - Once the season has started, refunds will NOT be issued.
Refunds generally take up to 4 weeks to process. Please submit all refund requests via email to the Regional Registrar - [email protected].

Q. Can my child be placed on a specific team or with a specific friend?
A. One of AYSO's Six Philosophies is having balanced teams. As such, coaches are not allowed to pick their teams nor are players/parents allowed to build their own teams. That said, we can occasionally grant one-off requests, provided they're made before the rosters are set. These requests are not guaranteed to be granted. After you've completed registration, send an email to [email protected] to make such a request. Requests made after the rosters are released cannot be accommodated.
